These terms of use set out the rules and information for using the website vogelsang.ai and its subpages. The website is operated by Christoph Vogelsang (details in the legal notice).
1. Scope and purpose
The website provides information about Vogelsang AI and its products, currently Cortex and Rentley. The following rules and information concern the entire website, whichever page you open it from.
2. No contract through visiting, contacting us or joining the waitlist
Visiting the website, sending a message through a contact form or requesting a place on the waitlist does not create a contract for the use of any product. A waitlist or access request does not guarantee access or any particular date.
3. Content, for information only
The content of the website is for general information. Product descriptions cover both available features and features expressly marked as planned, in development or part of the beta; they may change. They are not a binding offer and are no substitute for legal, tax or other professional advice.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website only in accordance with the law. In particular, you may not overload the website by automated means, circumvent security measures, misuse forms (for example for advertising or mass submissions), or use content and features in a way that harms third parties or the operation of the website.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the website available but do not promise any particular availability. Maintenance, technical faults or changes may cause interruptions.

Texts, images, design, logos and product names on this website are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Any reproduction, distribution or other use requires our prior consent, unless it is permitted by law (for example as a quotation).

These terms govern the use of the website only. Separate terms may apply to the use of individual products; where such terms exist, they take precedence for the use of that product. Cortex currently has its own terms: Cortex terms. For the use of the AI features of Cortex, our policy on content moderation and acceptable use also applies.
