Cortex connects to your Google or Microsoft account to read, label, archive and trash mail, turn it into tasks and reply at your instruction. With Google, Cortex also shows your calendar events, creates them at your instruction and can create, link or rename calendars for your areas on request. With Outlook, Cortex reads when you are free or busy, creates events at your instruction and, on request, can create, rename and delete area calendars created by Cortex; existing events Cortex did not create stay unchanged.

Cortex also reads your Google events to identify free slots and produce meeting suggestions — including inside prepared replies.

Cortex connects to your Microsoft account for email and calendar features. In your Outlook calendar, Cortex reads when you are free or busy to identify free slots and suggest meetings, creates events at your instruction and, on request, can create, rename and delete area calendars created by Cortex. Existing events that Cortex did not create are neither changed nor deleted.

The team plan costs €249 net per month with 1 user, €298 with 2 and €347 with 3 users; each additional user adds €49. A one-off setup fee from €490 applies. These are introductory prices; we prepare your exact quote after a call.

Starting on your own, you set up Cortex yourself and pay per person — this also suits sole traders. With personal support, we set Cortex up for your workflows, onboard your team and support you personally — under a separate plan by quotation.

No. The Founder price (€39 net, €46.80 incl. 20% VAT for private customers; for the first 50 customers, guaranteed for 24 months) applies only to “Start on your own”. With personal support, terms are agreed in your quote.

The first three businesses that start as a team or business pay the regular monthly price; their setup is free. In return, we work especially closely with you during the pilot phase and learn together.

New customers then pay the regular price of €59 net per user per month (private customers €70.80 incl. 20% VAT). Anyone who already has the Founder price keeps it for 24 months. Only subscriptions that are paid count; anyone who cancels during the trial frees up their place.
